One day, Kurt Schneider was playing the recorder on the couch and his suite mate, Jake Bruene, walked in and told him nobody can play an actual song on the recorder. So Kurt took him up on that challenge and played “Baby” on the recorder, starting this competition of who can play music on the more ridiculous instrument.
